Does Thizz.ai offer airport shuttles?

Yes. Thizz.ai provides airport rides and shuttles to DFW, Dallas Love Field and other Texas airports with terminal pickup, luggage handling and live flight-aware tracking.

What is the difference between carpooling and rideshare?

Rideshare (like Uber or Lyft) charges a fare and the platform takes a percentage cut. Carpooling on Thizz splits the real cost of the trip — fuel, wear, and tolls — using the IRS standard mileage rate. Drivers never earn more than their actual expenses, and riders never pay more than their fair share. No surge, no profit margin.

Is carpooling legal in Texas?

Yes. Texas Occupations Code §2402.001 exempts carpool and cost-sharing arrangements from rideshare and taxi regulation. Thizz operates under this carpool exemption — drivers share the real cost of trips they're already making, not chase fares for profit.

How much does it cost to carpool with Thizz?

Thizz uses transparent cost-sharing: distance × IRS mileage rate ÷ vehicle capacity = your per-seat cost. Tolls are passed 100% to the driver. There are no surge multipliers, no hidden fees, and no platform cut of the ride — just a small flat Technology Access Fee.

How much can I save by carpooling in Texas?

The average Texas commuter spends over $9,000 per year on gas, parking, and vehicle wear. By carpooling with Thizz, riders typically pay 50-75% less than driving alone, and drivers offset their fuel and maintenance costs through rider contributions.

How do I find a carpool partner in Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio?

Sign up for Thizz.ai, enter your origin and destination, and AI matching instantly pairs you with verified drivers and riders traveling your route across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and statewide.

Can I carpool to DFW Airport, Love Field, IAH, or Hobby Airport?

Yes. Thizz offers airport rides and shared shuttles to DFW International, Dallas Love Field, Houston Bush Intercontinental (IAH), Houston Hobby, Austin Bergstrom, San Antonio International, and El Paso International with terminal pickup, luggage handling, and live flight tracking.

Is Thizz cheaper than Uber or Lyft?

Yes. Because Thizz is cost-sharing, not rideshare, riders pay only their fair share of the actual trip cost — typically 50-75% less than Uber or Lyft, with no surge pricing ever.
